Company Human Capital

Lately the managements visions on human resources is radically changing. A very first step has been the changing of the appellative of the employees, before called "personnel" then changed into "human resources".

This first but significant step, has strongly marked the companies approach to their collaborators, before saw as costs and the as "company human capital".
This transition, very important, is still at the very beginning. New managers are slowly changing their own thoughts and approach to this new brand method of collaborators interpretation.

As professional managers, CEO's, COO's, you want your capital enhance its value. To do so you need to invest and regarding the Companies Human Capital, the investment is called "training".
Each individual Human Resource competences contribute directly to make the "distinctive competence" of each single Hotel Company.

With "distinctive competence" we intend the sum of knowledge and capabilities an enterprise accumulated during the years and through its own Human Resources operations through whom the company is recognized and appreciated in the market from its customers*.

The regular training of Human Resources, not only enhance the individual professional value, but feeds the "distinctive competence" of each enterprise, and when we talk about of hospitality enterprises more the distinctive competence is enhanced more the appreciation and satisfaction customers level is enhanced, and the customers loyalty for the property is stronger.

The route foresees, once the distinctive competence has been identified, some strategies aimed to its conservation, improvement and development. As already told, the distinctive competence resides in knowledge and capability of Human Resources and so these are the ones who are garrisoning the distinctive competence.

Outlining each organization aspects, verifying the organization chart of each company, you design for each individual professional figure, what are the competences and capabilities needed in every company's role.
Subsequently every competence and knowledge are verified in each single Human Resource through a route divided by moments.

Crossing all data you find results aimed to recognize weakness points of the Human Resource eventually surfaced.

This analysis have to be done to verify eventual behaviours to improve for each single resource, so that the verifying system has not a punishment purpose and/or resource reductions, but, offers moments of reflection and improvement for a total benefit of each resource and of course with a positive impact to the Hotel Company, that has an efficacious verifying tool aimed to improve the value of the Company Human Capital.
